Process Flow

How does a Car Wash Wastewater Treatment System Work?
As shown in the figure, car wash wastewater is concentrated into the collection pool through the drainage ditch. After sedimentation to remove large particles of impurities, the relatively clear upper water is pumped into the wastewater reuse system. The sand filter and carbon filter are used to remove sediment, residual chlorine and odor. The dosing device simultaneously adds flocculants to further aggregate the suspended matter and enhance the subsequent filtration effect.
Then, the water flows through the bag filter and precision filter in turn to remove smaller particles and flocs, and finally enters the hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane system for deep filtration to remove rust, colloids and residual impurities. The treated water is clear and stable and can be directly reused for car washing, realizing the recycling of sewage, reducing operating costs and improving the overall water treatment efficiency.
