Process Flow

Equipment Composition
- Raw Water Intake: Raw water pump and piping provide stable flow into the system.
- Chemical Dosing Unit: Dosing pump and flocculant storage allow precise addition of coagulants.
- Mixing Unit: Ensures rapid and uniform mixing of raw water and chemicals to form initial flocs.
- Main Treatment Unit: Integrated coagulation, sedimentation, and multi-media filtration efficiently remove suspended solids, colloids, and fine particles.
- Sludge Discharge: Settled sludge is removed via the drainage channel.
- Disinfection Unit: Chlorine or other disinfectants ensure complete microbial removal.
- Clean Water Storage & Outlet: Treated water is stored in the clear water/disinfection tank and delivered to points of use.
- Control Unit: Automated or manual control coordinates pumps, dosing, and disinfection, while monitoring water levels and process status.
Operating Principle
The system treats water through a continuous process of chemical reaction → impurity separation → disinfection:
- Chemical Reaction: Raw water is pumped to the mixing unit where coagulants are precisely added, destabilizing colloids and forming flocs.
- Impurity Separation: Floc-laden water flows through the coagulation and sedimentation zones; flocs settle under gravity and are removed as sludge, while clarified water passes through media filtration to remove remaining particles.
- Disinfection: Filtered water enters the clean water/disinfection tank, where disinfectants (e.g., sodium hypochlorite) inactivate bacteria and viruses, ensuring safe drinking water.
- Automated Control: The control system coordinates all units, manages sludge discharge cycles, adjusts dosing, and monitors water quality, with manual override available if needed.

Product Advantages
