This desalination machine removes most of the salt, bacteria, viruses, heavy metals and other contaminants from seawater, producing healthy and safe water—ideal for drinking by crew members and general use on board.
Built with a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel frame and marine-grade components, the NE-SF system is compact, lightweight, and easy to install. Working Principle
The NE-SF series utilizes advanced reverse osmosis technology to efficiently convert seawater into potable freshwater. Under high pressure, seawater passes through a precision RO membrane with a pore size of 0.0001μm, effectively removing up to 98% of dissolved salts, as well as bacteria, viruses, and other impurities. The resulting freshwater meets international drinking water standards.
The system boasts a simple and reliable design—seawater enters through the inlet, undergoes multi-stage pre-filtration, and then enters the RO unit for treatment, separating the freshwater (permeate) from the concentrated brine (concentrate). Its corrosion-resistant stainless steel structure and plug-and-play design make installation and operation convenient; a PLC + relay dual control system continuously monitors key parameters, ensuring stable operation under various marine conditions.
