Working Principle
The NE-2514 utilizes reverse osmosis technology. Seawater first passes through a pre-filter to remove large particles before entering a high-pressure chamber. An internal booster pump raises the water pressure to an optimal level (6-10 bar), allowing only water molecules to pass through the precision RO membrane.
This membrane effectively separates salt, heavy metals, and microorganisms, producing pure water with a TDS of ≤700 ppm. The concentrated brine is discharged, while the clean permeate is collected for drinking or daily use. Connect the battery, seawater inlet pipe, concentrate water pipe, and fresh water pipe according to the diagram. Open the ball valve and turn on the switch. Once water starts flowing from the concentrate water pipe, close the ball valve. Fresh water will begin to flow from the freshwater pipe within a few minutes.
